I’m not your average life coach. Here’s why:

You know that person that everyone goes to for advice? The one who just gets the situation & can put your feelings into words? That’s been me since I was a child.

My very unusual early family life gave me the gift of meeting people from all walks of life; artists, celebrities, business people, clergy, homemakers, scientists…you name it I was around them. My home was a classroom in human behavior, making me wise beyond my years.

I turned behavior into my profession during my 20 years in advertising – where the difference between success & failure is the ability to understand why people do & think certain things.

As a Senior Manager in a 75,000 employee corporation, the employee satisfaction scores of my team were the highest within the entire company. People in my team felt inspired, encouraged, and challenged to perform at their own highest levels.

I UNDERSTAND SCIENCE

As I hit mid-life, I felt the need to turn these skills into something that gave back, but wanted to offer a more concrete kind of coaching. So, I studied at the Jung Institute in Zurich, I studied CBT with the Beck Institute, and I went to study the Neuroscience & Psychology of Mental Health at King’s College London, number 2 in the world in this field.

This is where I understood that – if you do it right – it’s much easier to make changes in our life than we think.

I UNDERSTAND CHANGE

Change comes in two forms. You can blow everything up & be forced to pick up the pieces, but that’s what we call trauma. Or you can make a series of very conscious, deliberate steps in a clear direction. This form of natural change works with your brain to create healthy, long lasting change.

I UNDERSTAND SUCCESS

I grew up with very little & worked my way to a mid-6-figure job, as the Global Head of Advertising, Media & Digital in a company cited in Forbes 100 Most Innovative Companies & Best Companies to Work For. As a female & an expat, it wasn’t an easy feat. In my career I’ve won over 60 of Advertising’s most prestigious awards.

I also understand that success isn’t only numbers & titles. Real success comes from inside first. That’s what getting your great is all about.
