February is notoriously the month that our thoughts turn to love, thanks to the tradition of Valentine’s Day. So, I want to take advantage of this thematic attention and announce that starting Feb 1 I will be running a 28 day Self-Love Challenge.

Everyday for 28 days I’ll suggest an easy activity that aims to increase your feeling of self-love. Some of these activities have been clinincally tested as super effective, some of them are techniques that I use in my own coaching, some of them I’ve adopted along the way as techniques that I found useful for myself when I really needed it. The one thing they all have in common is that ALL of the techniques are things you can use for life.

Remember time is relative – we don’t find time, we make it. So if this is an argument that’s near and dear to your heart don’t let “I don’t have time to do that” get in your way. This is actually one of the first things that leads to problems of self-love is that we never take the time out to take care of ourselves.
